An Ontario, Canada publication. Has a good FAQ section. Useful ideas have no boundries.

New Jersey Reporter On-line version of the magazine by the Center for Analysis of Public Affairs.
Planning Commissioners Journal Lots of information for Municipal Planners. Also useful articles for members of zoning and planning boards.

Small Cities An interactive newsletter for municipal decision makers in small cities affected by urban sprawl. Covers all aspects of municipal government. A worthwhile web site.
